Friday morning was a balmy -17 F/-27 C, whilst inside my apartment, it got down to 52 F/11 C since my heat couldn't keep up. Needless to say, Shado spends most of his time glued to either the heating pad or the heated cat bed, if he's not eating, drinking, or using the litter box, that is!
It was a chilly 2 F/-16 C for the annual March for Life at the State Capital, but thankfully it was sunny and there was little wind. Bundled up to the gills and got over there, and though I couldn't stay for quite all of it, having underestimated how much I'd have to feed the parking meter, at least I got to hear Congressman John Kline and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann. *blows kisses* Not a bad turnout, considering the cold and it falling on a Saturday this year.
I've been doing some editing in 'Delarun' section 5 this week(wanted to have it ready by the end of 2010, ahem). And today I realized at least part of what was irking me with chapter 5 (the other four chapters are good to go, now). So that was an encouragement; hopefully it will be cleaned up and in .pdf for readers only a month 'late.'
