Monday winding down already...

Feels good to finally be done reading/editing/critiquing a fun fantasy novel written by someone on the Windstone Forum. Frees up a little more time in my evening schedule, assuming I have any energy to do anything with it!

Due to it being a remarkably cool July, and my being around to water regularly again, my impatiens are looking quite happy indeed. I'm glad they survived my vacations!

Shado is getting downright tame in his old age. He was actually rubbing on me like a 'normal' cat when I got home from work today and let him out of the cat room. For years he'd only rub on the things nearest me, but not me myself. Of course, the day he actually jumps in my lap is the day I have a heart attack! ;P

Speaking of which...
Okay, okay, so I know you weren't actually speaking of it, but is the story that you dedicated to your Mom on Mother's Day now available "for the masses"?

Re: Speaking of which...
That is a bit of a leap ;)

Yes, since you've read 'Nothing Gold,' you're on the filter to read 'The Great Wave' whenever your schedule permits!

(Is amused by the fact I can't check this at work since the work filter tells me it's 'social/dating'!)

Your impatiens are indeed looking quite lovely, especially against the white wall.

How lovely to hear that Shado is mellowing out.

Thanks! I'm glad they can grow and bloom there, since it really is too shady for most anything else.

It's a treat, it is! =) He was having quite the purr-fest last night and this morning.
