Ah, what a day.
It's been snowing like mad for over 12 hours now--yet until 6 pm, hardly anything was sticking. There's a blessing! More, they're saying it might be up to 60 (15.5 C) by Sunday.
And there was free entertainment in the form of a car accident that took place near our building. My coworkers and I, all gawking, couldn't help laughing when we realized the skyway almost directly over one of the cars was mobbed with more gawkers. Fortunately, outside of two damaged cars and one flattened stop light, there didn't seem to be much damage to participants. A blessing--there could very easily have been pedestrians standing at the sidewalk corner that the black car careened through.
Surely one should not have as much fun at a weekly planning meeting at work as I and the others do. It was a good 50 minutes long this week too, and all of it a treat.
And it's just a delight when one of the tutorials in my Vue manual just happens to have the 'simple' solution to an effect I wanted to create in my current project.

you crack me up, dear sister-in-law!
i love hearing about what delights you -- it always amazes me!! (and David says that you take it as a compliment when referred to as "weird", so I know you would take it in the spirit intended!)
hopefully all the wild-life if faring well, even with the snow...try to enjoy a bit of it!!
