All these years of having my car parked outside, and now that I have a garage, I experienced a really nasty hailstorm for the first time. So glad my car was safe, and that the damage to my flowers was not as bad as it could have been. My area got a lot of hailstones with the biggest between 1 inch and golf ball sized, so I'm glad I didn't live further west where they were even bigger. Also glad that none of the trees in my immediate area were destroyed by the straight-line winds.
Had a great dinner with the Towners Thursday evening, and got to show them my Washington trip photos, which was a great way to relieve the beauty of the places I saw when it already feels like it happened months ago.
Today is the big implementation, and Monday is when it gets tried for real in production. Hopefully all the stuff that has gone wrong with the Return Mail implementation will also get wrapped up soon. I'm glad things are wrapping up and it is going well so far--hopefully won't have to go in on Sunday. Can't forget--free donuts and fruit for breakfast and pizza for lunch, yay!
