I was delighted to come across a sale for my Poser software, so that I could get it upgraded at 50% off. I'd been planning to upgrade anyway, so that was wonderful timing. Very happy my new version is 64-bit like my pc, so I can get a lot more out of it. Also grateful the upgrade process went smoothly once I got it all downloaded.
The temperatures jumped from feeling like March to feeling like June within a few days. Ghastly for me, but Shado has been loving it, and I'm glad I was able to get his outdoor enclosure set up Saturday morning before it got too hot for me to be out on my deck. He's certainly been enjoying sunbathing in his hammocks.
Later Saturday my iron was finally high enough that I was able to succeed with my first platelet donation for 2016, at last.
Also on Saturday, I treated myself to a 3D showing of The Jungle Book at the nearby IMAX. That was amazing, and I really enjoyed it, though nobody does justice to Kaa and I wasn't happy about Akela either. But I certainly want to see it again.
Very happy that I finally finished the second pass through my second Geren book. At last. Also delighted I have a second beta reader lined up for DWoT in June. Two down, two to go!
