Grateful to be getting better after waking up Sunday with a swollen throat and getting sick after that. At least on Wednesday and Thursday nights I had better sleep and finally didn't feel feverish.
Been living off pizza and the wonderful pastries Anna gave me, but on Thursday evening I finally got out for some food shopping and enjoyed how fast a drive it is from my new location.
Internal frustration has been high lately due to the lack of time for writing, revisions, editing, art, or much else meaningful, with all my time currently devoured by the necessary or the 'urgent.' So I'm very glad that I was able to get the prep-work for pass 6 of my second Geren book finished Wednesday night and get the review going. This is a pass I can work on during my bus rides and sometimes lunch breaks, which will be a great blessing as I don't have time for it at home.
And...settling in is coming along. It's starting to look like a really messy place, rather than tornado aftermath, so that's progress!
