It's been a tough week, but there are always bright spots:
Summer weather is coming back, but this past week was deliciously cool, cool enough that I got to enjoy oatmeal twice for breakfast!
In browsing over the big paper atlas I'd bought of Oregon, I discovered a very interesting church in the Medford area. Watched a couple sermons this week. It's an answer to prayer, and means that area remains a big green light for me.
My boss had lunch with her husband Friday and he brought their dog along. Well, Meeko is a puppy just past 6 months, but he sure doesn't look like a puppy! It was great to get to meet him, after all the stories and photos of late.
Blessed with decent weather for my Friday jaunt. Got off at the park and ride ramp, walked to the library, dropped off and picked up some books, and then walked home. According to both Google and WalkJogRun, that was 4 miles pretty much on the nose, and I did it in around 65-70 minutes. Glad it went so well!
