Ah, last night was wonderful. I got to sleep with the windows open for the first time in a long time, and it actually got down to 59 F/15 C out. They're saying the same for tonight as well. Delicious!
Frittered away the whole evening in the process, but I made great progress with Poser work on my 'One Shining Day' illustration. Got Night-Yearning's wings sorted out and her seated on her brother's back without two many body parts intersecting. Quite pleased, since my Council Hall project has been fighting me the entire week.
Last but not least--payday Friday today!
Go, you! Go, you! Go, you! *makes a rather vain attempt at using pompoms* Triple hurrahs for progress! No, make that deca... (decaple?) hurrahs!
Glad to hear that you could get some decent sleep last night and that it should be the same tonight. *crosses fingers*
*grins* Wouldn't know on the hurrah bit! I'm just glad this project is coming more smoothly than expected.
Ah, it was wonderful. So nice to have the fan and hear the crickets rather than the roar of the air conditioner. Now I just have to make myself do some cleaning and bill-paying rather than spend the whole day on art and reading!
Autumn is on its way!!
For most of the summer, the nights have been cooler than the day, of course, but just as balmy. Usually an odd skin-temperature that made it unpleasant to be outside.
But I went outside the other night, and I had goosebumps!! It was so wonderful. The first hint of autumn. Sort of like autumn's RSVP. ^_^
Glad to hear you're making progress on your illustrations! I can't wait to see the results. Happy Saturday, m'dear!
