This morning, I'm glad that:
Blacker doesn't have to feel lonely and bored anymore, as he's got a new tank-mate. Picking a name for her will take some pondering.
I put in my first art gallery ticket in 11 months--and it went through in less than four hours! Wow!
I finished reading Bambi this morning, fiction reread 99. I feel like I've adored the old stag in that book all my life...and I'm also delighted with how 'picked over' my bookshelves are looking!
Yay for a new tank-mate! Good luck picking out a name ^_^
Wow, that was a really short wait in the queue! Better enjoy that while it lasts ^_~
Woo! One more till 100! You're really tearing through those books, aren't you! Do you have something special in mind for #100?
*nods* It said around 500 when I put my ticket in, so I thought it'd be a couple days, not hours! My ticket lock is on for a while, so even if I get something done, I won't be able to post until I get back from California anyway.
Certainly am! Just want to wait until I can read it with my complete attention. No bouncing in the bus for book 100. ;)
She has speckles of turquoise iridescence on her body scales and across her fins, then a trim of red at the base of each fin. And she's being very hyper and high-strung like little Adya was when I got her. I got her to eat last night, so that was good!
Yes. Plenty of posturing going on, at least on the male side, but so far I've never had one fish get cowed or frightened by the other, which has happened with two males. The female just stays away from the divider and ignores the male if she's not interested.
