Tuesday treats...

Finished my yearly clean-out/purge of my computer this morning. Between deleting stuff and burning files to cd, I cleared out 6% of my hard drive space. Feels good!

A delightful surprise in the form of Becca playing catch-up and commenting on all four of my newest stories on my Portal Page. What a treat!

Got the ball rolling with illustrations for my hyarmi essay. Of course, I started with the easiest ones first, but it's wonderful to have things moving.

Four book 1 chapters to go!

Woohoo! Four to go!

Sounds like a wonderful day. I like the idea of a yearly clean-out of the computer. Makes a lot of sense, really. Do you have an archive for files you no longer want to keep on your computer but don't want to delete either?

Feels great, though I know the last two need some tweaking.

I move old digital camera photos/movies onto cd when over a year has passed, so this weekend it was dealing with 2006 stuff. Those movies in particular take up a lot of space; I don't want to know how full my hard drive would be if I never cleared anything off!

It felt so nice to be back reading again, I can tell you. Hopefully I'll be able to keep it up, or at least have one day in the week when I can clear my list a little.

Only four to go? Yay! Well done! *slumps* You put me to shame in the editing stakes. *eyes stack* If I ignore it, do you think it will go away?

You have been busy. Good luck with the illustrations.

Alas, it never goes away. =P Just kind of reproduces in the dark. I'm completely ignoring old short story editing at this point--the books and new short stories are quite enough!

Thanks!
