Hu-Harek in my dreams Monday morning, which was a treat. I'm glad I've got the Triune books ahead, or I might be bitterly missing her.
Monday was a crazily busy and super fast day at work, which was rather nice. I had to cover for Corey, who's out on jury duty.
I'm glad for a couple inches of fresh snow to cover up the old stained stuff.
The evening was too full and went too quickly to try writing, but I did get myself to start making some expansions in 'Nothing Gold'--and that put me over the 20,000 mark! Yay!
Not too many details, but at first it was from the pov of a little hyarmi cub that had some sort of genetic disorder (like brittle bones, but I'm not sure it was exactly that) and his parents had brought him to Hu-Harek for her to help him (but for some reason they didn't think she could actually completely Heal him). The little guy started getting real nervous and jittery about meeting Hu-Harek, and his parents/whoever else was in the room was trying to encourange him and tell him Hu-Harek wouldn't blame him for being sick/would want to help him/ and so forth. I only actually got to dream the first minute or so of their meeting, and I don't remember what was actually said.
Just flurries or light snow, it seems at this point.
Corey's been off all week so far, but he hasn't been put in a trial--just stuck waiting around Mon-Wed. Which means my work is going to shambles because I have to do his job. It's been a crazy week, that's for sure!
Thanks for dropping by!
